Refund policy


A refund will most likely be granted than a return. Please review your cart before checking out to make you have the correct item.  No refunds or exchanges will be honor if you have selected an incorrect item. Please review your cart it is your responsibility.  If you receive an incorrect item contact us immediately at so that we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us at and provide a picture of your package to initiate the return process.  If the shipment is unopened please feel free to take it to your local post office or UPS center and let them know you are refusing the package within 4 days of receiving the package.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refunds will be given only a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, melted or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item arrive damage or melted please send us a few pictures at

We do not have exchanges at this time.  If you are unhappy with a product please feel free to donate it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
