1. Where do you ship?

We ship in the 48 contiguous United States of America.

2. Which shipping company do you use?

All orders are shipped via United State Postal Services (USPS), and UPS.

3. How long does shipping takes?

Orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days. Once your order has shipped, it can take approximately 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.

4. What should I do if I am dissatisfied with a product?

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please email us at info@maebodybutters.com and provide your order number and the reason why you are dissatisfied with our product.

5. Where are you located?

We are located in Brooklyn, NY.

6. Can I purchase your product in a store?

All products can be purchase on www.maebodybutters.com.  Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront. 

7. Can I add to an order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once placed.

8. How do I cancel my order?

Please email info@maebodybutters.com within 30 minutes to cancel an order.

9. Are the containers BPA free?

Yes, our containers are BPA free.
